Debra A. Phillippi, CPA, CSEP Debra is a native of Somerset County. She graduated cum laude from West Virginia University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Accounting. She began her career in public accounting in 1977 and has worked with both local and regional accounting firms.
She is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning. She joined the firm of Dennis P. Kotzan CPA in October, 2006. She specializes in income taxation, estate planning and estate taxation.

is an active member of:
American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Estate Planning Council of Somerset and Cambria Counties. She is a Council Member of the Dunmyer Lutheran Church and the Treasurer of the Dunmyer Cemetery Association. She serves on the Board of Directors and as Chairman of the Audit Committee of Cambria Residential Services, a non-profit organization that provides service to mentally disabled individuals.
